Welcome to Little Drivers! We provide car-themed play sessions, party services, and RC track hire for parties and private events. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking or using our services.

1. General Overview

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings, services, and activities provided by Little Drivers, including but not limited to car-themed play sessions, party packages, and track hire. 1.2. By booking or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with your booking or use our services.

2. Bookings and Payment

2.1. All bookings must be made in advance through our website, by phone, or via email. 2.2. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total balance. 2.3. Full payment for party services or track hire is required at least 6 weeks prior to the event. If payment is not received on time, your booking may be cancelled. 2.4. For last-minute bookings (within 6 weeks of the event), full payment is required at the time of booking. 2.5. All payments can be made via bank transfer.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellations made more than 6 weeks before the event will result in a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. 3.2. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event will not be eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances (to be determined at the discretion of Little Drivers) however we will work with you to find an alternative date. 3.3. If Little Drivers needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative date can be arranged at no extra cost.

4. Party and Play Session Guidelines

4.1. Little Drivers provides car-themed play sessions and parties for children aged 2-8 years. All participants must be within this age range unless otherwise agreed upon. 4.2. Parties and sessions are designed for a maximum of 25 children. Additional children will be charged at a rate of £8 per child. 4.3. Adult supervision is required at all times. Parents/guardians are responsible for the behaviour and safety of the children attending the event. 4.4. Little Drivers staff will facilitate the play session or party but are not responsible for the direct supervision of the children. 4.5. Any damage Little Driver's equipment caused by negligent or improper use during a party or session will be charged to the client.

5. Track Hire

5.1. Track hire includes delivery, setup, and collection of the remote control car track, along with 5 remote control cars. 5.2. The track can be hired for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 6 hours per event. 5.3. The client is responsible for the safety and proper use of the track and equipment during the hire period. A refundable damage deposit of £60 is required for track hire. This will be returned after the event, provided no damage has occurred. 5.4. Any damage to the track or cars during the hire period will result in the repair or replacement costs being deducted from the damage deposit. If the repair or replacement cost exceeds the deposit, the client will be billed for the additional amount. 5.5. The track hire service does not include supervision unless otherwise arranged at the time of booking.

6. Health and Safety

6.1. Safety is of paramount importance at Little Drivers. All equipment is regularly checked and maintained to ensure it is in good working condition. 6.2. It is the responsibility of parents/guardians to ensure children understand and follow the safety rules provided by our staff. 6.3. Little Drivers will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from improper use of the equipment, failure to follow instructions, or lack of supervision.

7. Liability

7.1. Little Drivers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, damage, or injury that occurs during a party, play session, or track hire event. 7.2. Little Drivers's total liability for any direct damage or loss resulting from the use of our services or equipment will be limited to the total value of the booking.

8. Weather Policy

8.1. For outdoor events, the client is responsible for arranging suitable shelter in case of bad weather. Little Drivers will not be held responsible for weather-related disruptions or cancellations. 8.2. If severe weather prevents the event from taking place, Little Drivers will work with the client to reschedule or offer an alternative arrangement, subject to availability.

9. Photography and Media

9.1. From time to time, Little Drivers may take photos or videos during events for promotional purposes. By booking a party or session, you consent to the use of such images on our website and social media channels. 9.2. If you do not wish for photos or videos of your event to be used, please notify us in writing prior to the event.

10. Force Majeure

10.1. Little Drivers shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the England and Wales.

12. Amendments

12.1. Little Drivers reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to bookings made after the date of publication.
